Refund policy

Because every Photobooth Box is personalized with your own photos, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your box arrives damaged, defective, or with a mistake on our side, contact us within 7 days of delivery at wepystudio@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a free replacement or a full refund.

Before production: You can cancel or change your order (photos, color) within 24 hours of placing it, before we start making it.

Lost packages: If your tracking shows no movement for 30 days, contact us and we will help resolve it.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
